Our History

Previously trading locally as Aon for close to 20 years and prior to that as Bain Hogg Ltd, VIB is now independently owned and operated with an exceptional local team of insurance professionals.

Aon in Vanuatu was managed from 2014 by Bob Sanders, who was invited by Aon in 2017 to transition the brokerage to VIB as Aon’s correspondents in Vanuatu.

VIB continues to focus on providing outstanding brokerage services that cater for everyone – whether you are a corporate client, small business, community group, family or individual.

We are active industry supporters, especially in the tourism sector for the annual Vanuatu Tourism Awards and Tok Tok Vanuatu.

VIB is also active in the Vanuatu community and are proud to be associated with ProMedical, Rotary, Kiwanis and the Port Vila Rowing Club. Our competitive Corporate Rowing Team are drawn from the ranks of the VIB team.
